1. An out of character section for each roleplay section might make things more inviviting. For planning and regulating things about the specific roleplay the topic is for. Players would have the option of making one such thread for each roleplay. To avoid confusion with the free chat section, calling this section Notes might make sense. Or the current Out of Character section could simply be renamed another common name for such a section. Such as Life, The Universe, and Everything.

2. The character section is an interesting idea, even though I admit to not recycling characters. However, separating this section into different generic settings for each character to fit in would probably make things easier for those interesting in finding characters to request for their rps.

3. A welcoming and introduction section of some sort might be nice as well. Perhaps its own mini board, or just a single thread like TvTropes has.

4. Slight division of roleplays according to style, similar to how Roleplayer Guild does thing. However, unlike them, this classification system won’t support elitism.

Casual
For those who might not think of the hobby as “serious business”. Generally this is where one might expect one or two paragraph post and players posting multiple times a day.

Formal
For those who might aspire to a more novelesque styles, and more strictly organized games. Expect more lethargic games.
